5. Payments and Refunds

• Payments must be made using the Bank Account provided on our platform.
• All purchases are final. Money is not refundable under any circumstances.
• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.

6.Service Delivery

• Users must invite at least 11 people before receiving the service they purchased. If a user purchases a service without meeting this requirement, the service will remain pending until the terms are met.
• We strive to deliver our service promptly. However, delays may occur due to network provider issues. If you experience delays, please contact our support team.

7. Referral Program and Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount for referral rewards is N5,000.
• You cannot withdraw referral earnings unless you have bought data from us.
• You are not allowed to use one device to register multiple accounts for the purpose of earning referral rewards. Any violation may result in account suspension.

8. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.
• You will not attempt to manipulate or exploit our platform for fraudulent activities.
